Founded in 1987, Trapp Art & Crafts Centre provide high quality Arts & Crafts at the idyllic traditional Welsh stone barn visitor centre set in the Black Mountains within the Brecon National Park.

The art gallery features many styles of paintings, often incorporating special exhibitions by artists of merit, the picturesque setting of the centre and its surrounding area is an inspiration for many. The gallery offers paintings ranging from £30 – £4000 and caters for varied tastes.

The crafts available are traditional to the area and incorporate local legend and folk lore.

With a reputation all of its own, the licensed coffee shop provides tasty home made flavoursome food, ideal for lunch or afternoon tea. Weekend mornings are ice-cream and newspaper events.

Entry is free of charge, every day apart from Mondays when the centre is closed. Coaches are welcome by prior arrangement and disabled facilities are available. The ambience of the location is both relaxing and inspiring, wet or dry weather. Craft courses and demonstrations are frequently provided throughout the year.
